“I had problems with the hot water for 2 days until I got upgraded to the 3rd floor, where the rooms are well maintained and the plumbing works. This hotel need major renovations it’s a shade of what it used to be under private ownership. The people/ staff were lovely”

“the staff was horrible”

“TV didn't work and card key door didn't work. Floor was dirty with paint. It doesn't worth compared to fee, but staff was nice.”

“Clean rooms and helpful staff”

“It was a temple visit. Nice and happy feeling tks. ”

“It has good central air conditioning amenities nearby”

“I booked 2 Rooms in one booking. When I come for check in, they said there is no booking found. Later they took few minutes to find my bookings. Then they said sorry. While i checked out the same problem they told only one room paid. Second payment not received. We showed our payment receipt. Then they took few minutes to check with their system they found full payment. We feel they are not in good knowledge. Unwanted waiting while check in and check out. ”

“We had a very good stay. Clean rooms, very courteous and helpful staff. Amenities are also quite good. Room stvice is.excellent . Food is also very tasty. On the whole, we had a very pleasant stay. This hotel is centrally located and is very conveniet. I highly recommend Raya's Annnexe.”

“Very precious property- badly maintained. Kids play area all broken- Pumpset motor is burnt, AC cooling effecct is very poor, Garden is full of bushes- not watered plants- overgrown bushes. dry leaves all around. The staff- Sundareswaran and Sounder are good- polite- humble. They tried to accomadate all our grievances- tried to solve the motor issue & AC cooling. But it is beyond their capacity.”
