“CLEAN ROOM...VERY HELPFUL STAFF...GOOD CENTRAL LOCATION...”

“First room smelled like cigarettes. Second room had a rat running around (it ate some food I had and I got a video of it so I’m sure). Went to reception, showed the video and was given a new room but no help to move, it was 2am. Moved but am quite sure there was a rat in the second room too, heard noises but didn’t see it. Managed to sleep. There’s holes between the windows and roof and above the ACs so that’s where the rat got in. Weird layout of the bathroom but hot water worked. Wi-Fi was...

“Typical OYO Hotel. However, ad pictures show tea and coffee and kettle provided, but this was not the case. No change of linen, towels or water in 3 nights. Bed was ok as was shower room etc. Good budget price. ”
