“Clean room”

“Check-in was poor. Took 30 mins of waiting as they don't allow for check-in before 3pm, but only had 1 person checking people in. The tap in the bathroom sink make any sense - the water can't make it into the sink unless you switch it on full blast”

“The family room is big and convenient with 2 basins. Rooms are clean & well kept. Nearby has quite a number of eating places and minimart. Location to all malls are quite a distance though.”

“Booked mainly for the benefit of the location, with easy access to the surrounding area and train station. Our room featured a large floor-to-ceiling window without blackout curtains, so a lot of external light crept into the room. Sadly, our room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room. Our air conditioner also leaked water. Only one plug outlet was located in our very small room. If we had brought larger cases, we would have really struggled to move around....

“The wifi was weak. At one pointnin the night which is when we needed the wifi most, the connection was down. The hairdryer only works for a minute and have to wait another 10 mins to use for another minute. Takes forever to dry hair. The hotel has not been renovated since taken over by Hako from Bello. Pillow had a smell and way to soft to sleep on. The bed not comfortable at all. And after telling the staff about the hairdryer, nothing was done. Towel had stains.”
