“The hotel is very difficult to check in (no guide on keys and locks), a lot of stairs to go up with your suitcase and then the most disappointing point was that there are zero bathroom supplies including even hand-soap. I arrived around 6:30pm and in this small town all the grocery stores nearby were closed by then (or that’s what I could see on Google Maps) and I ended up not able to wash my hands or shower until next day.”

“I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room”

“Excelente localización, muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación del tren, tiendas y restaurantes. Muy bien equipado con enseres como estufa, nevera, cafetera, horno y maquina de té. Mi única recomendación es la limpieza en algunos detalles como los cubiertos y vasos, por lo demás me encantó mucho el apartamento, muy recomendado.”
