I had an accessible room due to mobility issues which had an excellent shower room. the grab and go breakfast had a good variety of food. Unfortunately this area only had a bar stool arrangement so I physically couldn't sit as the table and seats were too high for anyone with a disability. no staff were available for any help. only a phone for emergency.”

The hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast (included) was very tasty. Attention to detail in the room could have been better. “We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged!
