“オーバーブッキングされて、そもそも予約した部屋に宿泊できていない。夜中に、系列の別のアパルトマンに案内された。 ベッドとタオルしかなく、アメニティもないホコリだらけの部屋だった。返金もないが、そもそも私は部屋のタイプまで指定して予約しているのだから明らかに契約不履行だと思う。 予約サイトであるexpediaに、今回の件をホテルが正しく報告したのかも疑わしい。 ジョージアという国にとても良い印象を持っていたのに、このホテルによってジョージアの国民性にまで大きな誤解を与えていることを大変悲しく思う。せめて、他の旅行者にはこの様な仕打ちをしないようにして欲しい。”
