“The staff were lovely. The breakfast was great. It was great for us. Location was really good, just a 5 minute walk from the metro station, restaurant and bars were a 5 minute walk.”

“Overall, the property was clean and tidy, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was decent. However, one of the rooms had no working shower and despite reporting it first thing in the morning, it still wasn’t repaired when my dad returned. They did offer to move him to another room, but it was late and he just wanted to get to bed. Also, the beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin, I had to use all 4 of them. Rooms would benefit from blackout...

“Hard to find hotel but once we found it , it was easy book in , room clean a good value for the money we payed”

“Okay for what I paid for”

“We booked this to stay months ago for my daughter’s graduation. Arrived at approximately 6:45pm with no one on the reception and no contact. Phoned the shared number and no answer so text to receive a response that they are not responsible for the property and to delete the number. Did not stay as had no access and had to search for last minute accommodation instead. Do not book as not what it is sold to be. Now waiting for the refund.”

“Just had a 3 night break and had a lovely stay. The site is really quiet and set next to a golf course. The Lodge is very well equipped and exceptionally clean and tidy. Not far from Alnwick and lots to see and do in the surrounding area. Host was very helpful and had some great suggestions for restaurants etc. Booked last minute and was a perfect last minute break. Would recommend.”

“Location was a plus but, trash cleaning was very poor there has been no trash collected from common area almost forgot 4 days.”
