“We booked a particular room and when we arrived they put us in a different room. I explained to the front desk clerk what room I booked and she said that that was not how the booking came across from Expedia and that we had to pay an additional$20 in cash to get the correct room after the clerk ran my card 3 times and told me I had to pay cash for the room because none of my cards would go through. She asked for my driver's license 3 times. Everything just seemed very strange”

“Ice Downtown hotel. Room clean and comfortable. Did not use pool this trip. 'Hottib down until furtjer ntice'- that was disappointimg ( was closed last visit also). Breakfast has goos options. Meat, eggs, bread, bagels and waffles.”
