“I noticed that there was occasionally a smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room. Also, on rainy or very humid days, I kept noticing a sewer-like smell. I also sent a message with some questions, but I didn’t receive a response for several hours. The upper inside of the toilet was very dirty and had a lot of black buildup, which made it look quite unpleasant.”
