“The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. There is a very good Thai restaurant onsite, and fortunately for me, it was just a few steps away from my room. I could sit there, or take back (or have sent back) a drink or bite to my room. “Everywhere within the hotel are spotless clean. The room is superb. Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. Also, this hotel is located within a secured estate and I felt safe throughout my stay. Breakfast not too bad. Other meals are not too encouraging. Lots of improvements needed with the meals.”
