“Smelly room and bathroom”

“Habitación muy limpia y personal muy amable. Perfecto”

“Lovely stay, easy check in close to everything. Good pool and gym and everyone was friendly.”

“Best part was the view of the patronas towers from my room. Room was spacious and comfy. Lots of shops around & food options in the shopping centre opposite. Is about 30mins walk to the main attractions”

“A drinking water availability would have been better. We reached at 12AM and found no drinking water and bought it in morning after going out.”

“Es war sehr sehr sehr schlecht.. Wir müssten zum anderen Hotel wechseln..nie wieder.. nicht zum empfehlen”

“Parking x ada. Susah nk cari”

“シャワーを浴びるとバスルーム全体が濡れてしまうのがあまりよくなかったです。”

“We were nicely surprised that the place is much nicer than expected. It's small but liveable & the AC was so cold! Nice! Easy check in & check out. The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Would stay again given a chance. ”

“GG hotel is good. They just really need to better their communication style( heavy on this)and maintenance as well. They also need to provide mini Fridges at least for food storage and maybe up the price a bit or even some cutlery and tea//coffee mugs for morning use.”

“buena ubicacion y limpieza. Yo reserve habitación con ventana hacia la calle, pero al momento del check in fue cambiada”

“The property itself was great but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the pillows and breakfast. The pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked proper support. Providing firmer or more supportive pillow options would greatly enhance guest comfort. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great however there were limited meat options available. Most of the hot dishes appeared to be processed foods so a wider selection of fresh protein choices would be welcome. Since the...

“The internet conection was bad. ”

“スタッフサービスがとても良かった。 笑顔で気持ちの良い対抗だった。 ドライヤーはあるがアメニティは無い。 コンセントも全て通電するので”

“Noisy, bad sound insulation ”

“Very poor condition and not worth for the pricy”
