“Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. ”

“Unit we were in had some maintenance issues. Shower water was just warm. Towel rack not securely fastened. Microwave would sometimes lose power and be unusable. Rest of the facility was nice.”

“It is really very close to the beach, you can even walk it.i also love the place itself. very quiet. The only thing really is the air con is very loud that you can’t sleep! That is the tie breaker. Either you sleep in comfort with the loud sound of the air conditioner blasting loud into your ear or hot but quiet during the night. I always end up turning off the air and just taking off my clothes under the covers Lol. Also the small window by the back porch doesn’t have a curtain so the neighbor...

“Convenient to everything on the west side of Big island. Beaches, marina, historical sites, parks and KOA airport were nearby along with restaurants and grocery stores. We used the Weber grill one night, saw an end to end rainbow, an owl, sunsets are fabulous. The pool was getting renovated but we utilized the close beaches with great snorkeling. Everything was provided at this condo with a washer and dryer, dishwasher and a wonderful “lanai” aka balcony looking out into the ocean with palm...

“Did not know there was no laundry facilities, no outside space , no oven. 5 hour timer on the ac system kept the place hot. Tv worked half the time. Your feet got dirty if you walked barefoot on the tile floor. No place to sit except rickety high top chairs. Having to be out by 10 am is inconvenient.”
