“We had issues with the kettle and staff were very helpful in providing a new one. For some reason the vinyl floor planks were very sticky (maybe newly installed) and were loose. As per usual they'd used that horrible smell/spray which seems to be common in a lot of motels these days - it's very overpowering and making me reluctant to stay at motels unless I can ask to see the room first to check out how much of that smelly stuff they have used!
