“The heater worked once an stopped working for the next 2 days”

“Great staff, clean unit, had what we needed”

“This place is a disgrace. Grubby, not maintained, the grounds used to be beautiful but now they are overgrown, the decks are rotting, the windows are dirty, generally awful and certainly not worth $150/night and that is a discounted rate (really!). Absolutely ruined our stay in Masterton at a time when we were grieving.”

“Accommodation was good”

“We stayed for two nights. Cosy room, with everything we could have needed. The decor throughout the building was lovely. The food from the kitchen was outstanding, we tried the breakfast and dinner menus - great quality food - yum! Special call out to Debs in the bar/restaurant waiting team, thank you for the wonderful service and your cheerful manner - you were the highlight of our stay :)”
