“In general all was great, greeted on arrival, told what facilities were available & if we needed anything, only needed to ask.As we were a family of 3,1 person had to sleep on the sofa/futon bed. This wasn't comfortable at all as it had no additional matress/layer for comfort, therefore you could feel the metal bars beneath your body.In the room it's self there's nowhere to place your clothes,no means of hanging facilities for the duration of your stay only coat hooks. In the bathroom albeit it's...

“Standard of accomadation clean and tidy, and a very fair price, all in all ideal for our one night stop over, proprietor servers a great pint of beer.”

“This was a scam. No email was ever received from the property with check-in instructions and they never responded to messages or calls. We ended up having to book different hotels and am trying to get a refund from hotels.com”

“Localización excepcional justo en el centro de Nottingham. Es un estudio en una residencia de estudiantes que en verano alquila sus estudios; y por tanto no tiene todos los servicios de un hotel. “A really beautiful unique stay, wonderful converted barn rooms with wooden beams, and the grounds are just perfect. Bridgette was an absolute delight, she was really lovely to sit and chat with and couldn't do enough for me, I would stay again just for how welcoming it was honestly.”

“A lovely place to stay, very simple check in, room was lovely, doors opening onto a lovely little garden where we sat watching the butterflies and reading! Plenty of tea and coffee for the morning! Helpful owner 🙂”

“Excellent.”

“I used it for Download Festival, it’s really close and there’s a bus stop right outside so it was perfect and a bargain for the price. There’s a persistent smell of damp, but I always carry a room spray with me. Other than that, absolute bargain, lovely people, plenty of space and I’d definitely go back.”
