“buena ubicacion y limpieza. Yo reserve habitación con ventana hacia la calle, pero al momento del check in fue cambiada”

“The internet conection was bad. ”

“Staffs very helpful , eg helping to get rid of flying insects in my room and also replaced towels and pillow case when requested. Security is good due to heaps of CCTV surveillance systems as well as card activated entry for residents only. Location is EXCELLENT and stroll to popular Alor Food Street and Bukit Bintang shopping paradise.”

“Bien ”

“Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable”
