“The pet room I stayed in was not clean, it was stinky and the sheets caused me to rash”

“Pool and hot tub temperatures were perfect! Allowed adults to be in the pool with the kids.”

We were unable to stay and when we left the first person at the desk said she didn’t know if they were supposed to have air conditioning in the rooms. “Very nicely updated, clean and quiet. When I had questions about accessing our room with a code, staff were very helpful and worked with me to ensure the code worked properly. The facility was close to dining areas. We will stay there again if in the area.”

“The lodge is absolutely beautiful. The beds however are very hard, the pillows were terrible. Could definitely use an upgrade. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!”

Mattress had a huge brown stain.Air conditioner had to be unplugged as it was very loud. Sunday morning around 2 am they were blowing off parking lot then painted the parking lines.
