Hoteles de 2 estrellas en Donsol

“The staff was amazing, very professional. But the Hotel itself needs maintenances. And our room didn't get cleaned once during our 4 days stay. The location is great, near SM mall. The breakfast was fine but they should have refills on the coffee.”

“Very accessible to nearby restaurants and transportation. ”

“Very friendly and attentive staff! Clean room”

“Our stay was disappointing. The room, especially the bathroom, was dirty. The beddings and pillowcases were also dirty, and we had to ask for them to be changed. The TV wasn't working, and the Wi-Fi and TV signal were very slow and unreliable. We also felt uncomfortable with the staff, as they were not welcoming and often just stared at us instead of making us feel at ease. We hope the management improves both the facilities and their service.”

“The staff are very accommodating and their rooms are clean and cozy. Very cost efficient considering its location.”

“Cockroach, rats, my room smell Terrible pea or pops !”

“Bathroom needs cleaning and improvement.”

“good ”

“The staff were excellent, they will do above and beyond to please you, very courteous and respectful but the place needs a huge update. The bathroom drainage is poor and so it gets flooded right away. The furnitures in the room looks old and needs repair. I only need the room after a long day of touring the place and only for 2 days so we stayed. Our car also have a safe place to park.”

“Nice clean room”

“Room was terrible. We only stayed there for one night. No elevator and we’re seniors, no water heater. TV has no remote and reception was sooo bad. No amenities at all😣. Though the staff were helpful and courteous”
