Hoteles de 2 estrellas en Civil Lines

“The hotel was extremely poor and no representation of the photographs that appear on Hotels.com. The staff were not helpful, the facilities were abysmal, cupboards locked so you could not hang clothes, it was not clean. The Wifi was not any use. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel, steer clear of it at all costs.”

“Horrible experience. They refused to acknowledge our reservation and said that they were fully booked. We had booked two months in advance. The staff was clueless and extremely unhelpful.”

“Dirty hotel and rooms. Room linen was unbearable. Staff was obnoxious. Dust bowl everywhere else. The restaurant looked like a construction site. Location is poor too, goes through congested and small streets. Do not book this place.”

“My stay at the hotel was spoiled by the fact the hotel. In fact the hotel owner said he had no connections with hotels.com. In other words hotels.com collected my money Rs 4, 032.I am considering this as a fraud and will take appropriate action is my money is not refunded in the next two business days.”
