“Unfriendly customer service”

“We had a very pleasant and lovely stay in Gdansk! there was a zabka (small grocery store) just outside of the apartment which was very useful! just had a hard time understanding where we could throw our trash away.. it was almost a 20 minute walk to the old town.”

“The staff was very veryy accommodating and sweet. We had a lovely stay at Vesper House. Our flight landed in the morning, and they were kind enough to let us check in early. Also, the room was super clean and cozy, and the views from our balcony were really nice. Also had free coffee throughout. 10/10 recommended. They also let you keep your bags if your flight is at night. Would definitely stay here if I'm visiting Gdansk again.”

“Nice place for the money. Very nice staff, helpfull and polite”

“I booked a Studio Suite Deluxe Apartment at Elite Apartments City Center Prestige as a special Valentine’s Day gift for my partner, but what we got was a tiny, dirty room that was nothing like the listing. It was not the room in the listing and this completely ruined what was supposed to be a special trip. • We paid for a queen-sized bed, but instead, there was only a broken sofa, which we were forced to sleep on. • The water in both the sink and the shower didn’t drain properly, making it...
