“Upon getting to the location, the host canceled our reservation, leaving us nowhere to stay and giving us no help that was a total nightmare I believe there should be some compensation besides refunding my money I will never ever tell anyone to book through Vrbo”

“Sorry no staff directions were not clear regarding the entrance Only one set of key,which was not ready until after 3.20pm.Should have been 3pm. NO staff to communicate to regarding issues.The main door entrance was really hard to open. r”

“The apartment was excellent, very well equipped, beautiful views, direct beach access. A couple of minor criticisms, one would be the lack of signage in the carpark, very hard to find your way in and out, no signage to assist. The other was poor communication regarding late check in and key pick up”

“1 broken chair. Stick vacuum was full of dust which i emptied but decided not too clean out all the hair clogging the brushes. Bedside lights lacked conection to power”
