Then the receptionist at Desk was not to nice, she didn't know what she was doing, the room was stale smoke smell, bed was uncomfortable and tub was yellow, could bath in it, I stayed here the last 3 years when we came to Alexandria and this is the 1st time I was disappointed, we will be going over to Pineville Conference center and hotel, great service with then earlier this...

“Bedsheets were wet . I felt itchy all night . I had to wait and hour to check in . Terrible place”

“They threw away everything I had in the room after I told them I was staying another night and had already paid/booked. Then last night they called the cops on me because there was a disturbance and they assumed it was me instead of checking things out. Come to find out of course it wasn't me it was a room two rooms down from me.Terrible 4 nights. Don't stay here.”

“This is NOT a hote, is an extended stay place - I could not enter the property - somebody answered the phone and stated the front desk was closed at 6pm - Hotels.com stated hrs 4 to 7pm - but it was not clear what this was about. ”
