“The location is convenient, being close to groceries, restaurants, and several tourist spots. However, the condition of the condominium was quite rough. One of the air-conditioning units wasn’t working, and the others were not cooling properly. The internet also didn’t work, and despite contacting the host, no one came to fix it. “10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. There’s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location.”

“정말 숙박을 하기에는 괜찮은 곳. 하지만 처음 오시는 분이라면 비추천. 세부 시티와 많이 멀리 떨어져있고, 교통이 그랩을 제외하면 로컬 교통수단을 이용해야하기 때문에 힘듬. 라푸라푸 시티 사람들은 새경빌리지를 알지만, 세부 시티에서 넘어올 때 모를 수도 있음. 그런 부분이 아쉬움. 그리고 바퀴벌레가 나와서 곤욕을 치뤘음. 또한 하우스키핑을 할 때에는 금액 추가가 있음.”
