“立地は駅の目の前で申し分無いのだが、当ホテルが入居するビルが相当古く、自身が学生時代からあるから恐らく築50年以上経っている筈で、相当ボロい。 ビルの地下テナントは廃墟と化しており階段から先が暗闇で怖さがある。 １階のテナントも半分は空き家で人気が無い。 それを覚悟すればこの価格は納得するしか無い。”

“昭和の頃の建物のようでトイレは和式を改装し洋式になっていましたが古さは隠せません。 携帯の電波も弱くWi-Fiの環境も無いため若い人には向かないと思います。 ただ割烹旅館だけあり料理はとても美味しく楽しめました。また周囲が公園と住宅街という事もあり静かで良かったです。”
