“They have pictures of Bar and even in elevator it says Bar, restaurant. But when we asked, they said we do not have Bar Licence and for pool, you can go to next property. They have a tie up with Sheraton. But not very nice to include in amenities when its not there”

“Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not help us arrange a taxi to the airport, so we had to find one ourselves. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people and left at 1 AM for the airport, while my brother checked out in the morning. Despite this, we were charged an extra ₹1,800 for an extra person, even though there was no extra guest. Very poor service and an unjustified charge.”

“This is a scam. When I arrived at the reception to checkin, the hotel person told that they don't accept online bookings and they don't tie up with fabhotels anymore and finally they denied tp checkin the room I booked online. I was waiting the whole night without any support from the hotel staff nor from expedia or fabhotels. This was the worst experience i had booking online. I want the refund to be processed to me with Compensation for the worst experience I had.”
