“Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious.”

“This is a great quiet location set back from the road . Handy for local shops and restaurants around Penestanan and of course the rice paddie walks. Set directly behind Alchemy restaurant and over the road from the yoga studio. It is easy to catch a taxi in to Ubud for the vast array of shops and restaurants.The rooms are clean and the beds extremely comfortable. What makes this hotel special is the charming staff. They are all so polite, charming and friendly ”
