“Much better experience this time- checked in at manned reception straightforward. Attentive staff. Comfortable beds and clean room.”

“We can see from the hotel that the owners have not long took over. the room was clean and had enough room to move about. The windows need another curtain as we had to pin the middle curtain down to block out the light. The bathroom has be updated .but the shower cubicle could do with an extra clean in the corners . The kettle could do with being put higher as I had to get on my knees to brew up lol. And lastly the bed was very comfy but please add a few more pillows as the ones that were there...

A 'Labour if love ' Wonderful welcome and helpful staff Evening meal was DELICIOUS (highly recommend the salmon tagliatelle) Breakfasts freshly cooked and tasty Excellent value all round Superb location too 👌”

“Wonderful owners, fantastic complementary full English breakfast, very clean in historic building right in the middle of all the food and shops in Llandudno. Short walk to the pier and the Great Orme tram. They even allowed us to check in a couple hours early! Will definitely be staying again next time I visit Llandudno from the states!”

“The stay and location was perfect, I was placed on the 3rd floor with the children, fridge was frozen and bath shower door was wobbly , and had electric after thew hours , other than that we enjoyed our stay ☺️”

“Nice setting and very clean. Unfortunately, the property wasn't equipped for the hot weather. Luckily, we brought our own fan, as the place became very warm. For the price we paid, I would have expected at least a couple of fans to be provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but this is something that could definitely be improved.”
