“Poor management. People keep banging the doors at mid night for no reason. They mentioned breakfast is included but they charge extra for it. Early check in or late checkout by even 1 min will cost extra money which i have never seen at any other properties ”

“Staff was good. We checked in late night. They didn't have our reservation. They accepted our email confirmation. They gave us a room that was in a building full of construction and dust. It did not match the pictures on the site. Internet did not work. Next day they shifted us to their main building which matched the room pictures in the website. Elevator was not working for one day. . Internet started working in the new room. Next day toilet sped flushing. They took care of it. Last day, AC...
