“We booked a particular room and when we arrived they put us in a different room. I explained to the front desk clerk what room I booked and she said that that was not how the booking came across from Expedia and that we had to pay an additional$20 in cash to get the correct room after the clerk ran my card 3 times and told me I had to pay cash for the room because none of my cards would go through. She asked for my driver's license 3 times. Everything just seemed very strange”

“The front desk receptionist was really nice. Our room was clean. Walking in the hotel you could smell how clwan it was. I'll definitely be back!”

“The pool was not open or the restaurant and bar! The place was still under renovation. At breakfast they had only scrambled eggs! Sausage gravy but no biscuits! No breakfast meat at all! They said it’ll be a year before the restaurant/ bar would be opened! The room was nice but the air conditioning was very noisy and the tub drained very slowly.”

“Reserved and paid for a room three days in advance. I drive 9 hours only to find that the room was not held. They know how to take a reservation but are too stupid to hold it. Do not recommend!!!”

“Check-in took forever and the attendant had a difficult time understanding English. The room was damp and dingy. The toilet obviously had not been cleaned or flushed, as waste was left in the toilet bowl. The coffee pot and the light could not be plugged in at the same time and were left unplugged, when a simple three way adapter would have solved the problem. The cord on the TV was unplugged and would not reach the receptacle, requiring the staff taking an extension cord from another room. The...

“When I arrived the key would not work, once I got a new one I walked in and the walls in the bathroom were not painted,the wallpaper had been removed. There were holes in the wall. A can of roach killer spray was outside the office door. I stayed for 10 minutes and returned my key and went home. I'll never recommend this motel at all. Please don't go. I was afraid of getting bed bugs or having roaches all over me.”
