“The room is too small to be called as an “executive room”. There are other executive rooms but they are not the same. The room a/c is not cold enough to be on the said temperature. The pillows are not comfortable nor the bed. I will not recommend for a long staycation. Yes, for short time stay only. However, the cleaning crew provided excellent service which made me think to book at the same location again.”

“I booked for 2 nights for 4 people the check in was ok but to get checked in you have to take stairs to get to the reception there’s no other access except for the basement but you have to get a parking pass first at the reception to be able to go to the basement. “the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? ”
