“They had no two beds available so I had to share a double bed with my son. Miriam felt so bad she gave us the giant family room instead!! She was very sweet and super helpful! It’s an old building so expect an old feel but it came with a fridge and we loved the giant room (especially after all the closet sized rooms through Europe and uk 🇬🇧). My only complaint is the firm beds and pillows.. I prefer more soft pillows and mattress’. I would stay here again! Google makes things look far for...

“Lo único que vale la pena del lugar es la ubicación, fuera de eso, le falta mucho mantenimiento, solo hay un calentador pequeño para todo el apartamento. NO es un HOTEL, es un apartamento independiente. Si llevas maletas pesadas prepárate para subir 5 pisos, no apto para personas con daño de columna para cargar equipaje ni personas mayores. Al llegar hay que obtener la llave de una caja de seguridad la cual ya no se ve bien el número de identificación por lo que estuvimos adivinando cuál caja...

“Was terrible, old limited toilet roll and only like 2 rolls for the duration of stay. Was never informed of 4 flights of stairs so not child or baby friendly in the slights. Had stains food marks on duvet and all over the sofa and kitchen . Nespresso machine there without Nespresso coffee. Limited soap and shampoo provided usually this should be always ulenough but unfortunately not. No iron board , no detergent for cleaning clothes. All in all very poor and check in process was diabolical link...
