“Given the number of messages I received from the hotel informing me of my upcoming stay, I was surprised that there was no mention of the hot tub closed for repairs. I was most looking forward to using the hot tub and was disappointed it was not available for use.”

“Never encountered such bizarre issues until we stayed here. My 1 year old opened a drawer and found a pouch of tobacco accompanied by white powder. I had to let them know TWICE in order for something to be done. No one seemed to care. Absolutely dangerous to keep a baby in a room with suspicious substances like that. No compensation for that. No room change or anything lol…. Then, older kids decided to pound on our door -profusely- plus everyone else’s rooms just shy of midnight. Embarrassing...
