“Location Location Location 7 min walk from train station, 7 min walk to Khon Kaen Wall district, 10 min walk to main night market, 11 min walk to McDonald’s, 22 min walk to Lake and associated attractions, 8 coffee shops 3 min, 7/11 and Tops 4 minutes. Very good price and clean all functional room. Their big sign “no coffee, no elevator, no breakfast “. Says it all on extras. You save enough money to cover coffee etc elsewhere ”

“Hotel located in a residential area. Japanese drums banging every evening till late night. Dogs bark at 230am, 340am, 440am and sometimes other odd times. Room is spacious but so called hot water is luke warm. Property is not equipped for disable persons as there is no elevators. Breakfast is very simple with instant coffee only. Only positive thing is staff is nice and friendly.”
