“WORST - This hotel must be banned - Not even worth 0 star I came to Kozhikode to visit my relatives and stayed at this hotel with my wife. I booked a ‘Deluxe’ room and paid a premium price for it. Very poorly maintained rooms with dirty walls, dirty curtains, stained bedsheets, dirty pillows with human hair stuck to it from the previous person usage and the bathroom white towels have stains and become brown in color because of prolonged usage and the management is least bothered to replace...

“There is no such hotel. It doesn't exist. Very difficult situation. The phone number on hotels.com goes to treebo reservation line. It's not hotel number. Walked around and asked people about the hotel. No-one knows such hotel. It doesn't exist. Asked hotels.com for refund”

“It's a decent property but service could be better. Pictures look larger than life. Don't let the pictures lure you to book the place. You get what you pay for. Restaurant has decent food but the staff didn't quite get the dietary restrictions. I had to explain it to them each time and yet confused the dishes. Property is on a nice lot but could be much more elevated in decor and services. ”
