“First of all, Provided property number was wrong.somehow i manage to collect number from internet . When i call they totally refused about the bookings. I was with my family. I suffer alot mentally coz it was a very rush period at puri due to rath yatra. Some how i booked another room at last hour with double price.. i dont know whose fault was that..but i suffer.. So. This was my first & last bookings in hotels.com. ”

“The hotel is at an amazing location both beach, shopping area and temple, good service and very helpful, room was spacious and comfortable, a little disappointed with the cleanliness but everything else was very good. The stay was really good. Family has really enjoyed a lot.”

“Worst service ever both hotels.com and goroomsgo. The hotel denied our reservation saying their lease ended. We were on our own trying to figure out an another accomodation at 10pm with two little kids and 2 old aged people. After all the chaos hotels.com denied refund of 10k inr saying they werent able to get i touch with the property manger. Never ever booking on hotels.com”
