“Friendly staff, spacious living room, clean and tidy”

“I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. ”

“The price for my stay was very nice for the hotel room. It does seem safe although there are stairs. Not recommended for handicapped people or physically disabled people. Surprisingly, the location is quiet unless if you have loud people in adjacent room. If that's the case, the walls are very thin. Considerable ampount of food and dining options if without transportation since the Bangi Complex Shopping is right there. The facilities are clean enough. “The wall paint was peeling, and there was no refill of mineral water, soap, and shampoo. We had to request these items at the counter. On one occasion, one of the receptionists mistakenly thought I was asking for more, even though I had been staying there for several days.”

“Lift rosak. But hotel manage to adjust for lower level. 👍”

“For the price i cant complain. But overall, its a lousy budget hotel.”
