“The food in the restaurant it was very bland. We could not even eat it. They did not offer to replace it so we paid the bill and told them to trash the food. The staff at this hotel was not very friendly at all.”

“The location is good, but it is very noisy and has a cigarette smell.”

“I would like to highlight and congratulate the morning receptionist named "Mohamed Sameh", he was the only receptionist who speaks perfect English, very respectful and friendly. He offered us assistance and help with all our needs. We felt very good with him, we consider him to be the most honest and kind person in the hotel. I wish everyone in Egypt were like Mohamed. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or spa service. Please note that the free transfer service can only be used...

“Buena ubicación, personal muy amable.”
