“Firstly, the location was great. The Stork is near the M6 and minutes away from downtown Lancaster, yet you feel like you are in the country. We enjoyed a last minute stay at the Stork and feel as though we had found a hidden gem. If the rooms aren't brand new, they certainly appear so. We also had a gastropub style meal at night and a complimentary full English bteakfast in the morning. Both meals were very good. “I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
