“The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Amazing staff, beautiful rooftop views, spacious rooms, easy free parking. I would recommend posting signs requiring guests to clean up after partying. Each morning the staff would pickup rubbish and empty bottles and cans. Yes, the hostal have rubbish and recycling bins easily accessible, yet some guests failed to use them”

“False advertising! Expedia page shows carport picture, and description includes "parking included", "washer/dryer", but when we arrived, the parking spot was occupied. When asked, they said street parking is available! The picture shown in Expedia is to deceive you! They don't have parking for you!
