“Excellent self-check-in hotel on the A83 looking directly into a stunning view of Loch Fyne at Inverary. Lovely garden with seating area for relaxing, eating, drinking or just taking in the view. Well appointed room and with fridge, kettle, tea, coffee. En-suite with fluffy towels, cotton buds, soap and shower gel. Close to lovely cafés and bars of Inverary and walkable to the beautiful castle. Would recommend!”

“Frances is such a brilliant host. I arrived to tea and freshly baked scones and a lovely chat after my 3 hour drive from Loch Ness. The shared kitchen/lounge has plenty of room for guests and my room was large and spotlessly clean. “This is the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to stay. On arrival I could see that the building exterior was very tired. The decking was past its best and the key box was broken and the smell was dreadful as I opened the door. Tried to keep an open mind went to open windows but the bathroom and one bedroom didn’t open at all. It all needed a good clean so put the immerser on and waited, I am still waiting. “There was a glitch with check in but the owner when contacted was on scene promptly and the issue was resolved quickly. Property is very convenient for restaurants and although the bathroom is not ensuite it is very clean and modern. ”
