“When I got there, they told me there was no room. I showed them one of my room was already paid for. Then they gave me the 2 rooms I had booked. I had 2 rooms booked , one I paid on arrival. Bathroom toilet and sink in one of the room is leaking all over the floor. I have to asked for towels to put on the floor. Staff never even came to look at the leaking toilet.
