“You get what you pay for. Staff absent at check in, check out, when they forget to give you your key etc. “Staff on break” sign is permanently on the table, and all three numbers are mostly irresponsive. Spent a lot of time waiting and having to find the staff to assist. ”

“While the room is great, the service and communication is terrible. I had workers doing maintenance right outside my door at 4am and unfortunately there is no peephole so I had to get dressed to open the door and check what was going on. The ladder was right up against the door, hence all the noise. The maintenance staff were very apologetic but the hotel itself couldn’t have cared less. There are also no breakfast or coffee facilities in the morning. Overall there are better places to stay.”

“Was first given a room on the first floor where there was continuous noise throughout the night - metallic door, clubs, temple, neighbor hotel rooms… making it impossible to sleep even with the earplugs on. The staff then kindly changed our room for the rest of the stay and while it was significantly calmer at night the bedsheets were dirty.
