“Room was very bad no internet staff very bad customer service I am very rude never ever going back there and to far from city ”

“Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate ”

“The receptionist informed my sister that the room was only paid for one night. I paid for two. She could’ve verified on the system before informing my sister that I only paid for one night. ”

“Clean room. TV doesn’t work because of poor WiFi. Breakfast is good but not buffet as advertised. Location is good but the noise from the vehicles is terrible!!! Kept us awake. Hotel is, right in the shopping center and downstair food court. ”
