“Price was really high for the experiencia, food was so so and price.”

“Optimal gelegen, direkt beim Bahnhof Locarno. Sehr ruhig, trotz Nähe zu den Gleisen. Schöne, neue, moderne Zimmer. Alles war perfekt.”

“Nice cabin up in the mountain, just entrance with snow can get slippery, otherwise all else beautiful”

“Well first problem I have been double billed once by expedia and then second by the hotel. Took over an hour waiting for entry to the room. The Wifi didn’t work. the television didn’t work and the assigned parking wasn’t assigned. The room was very clean and the appliances state of the art. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was excellent. I didn’t enjoy not having a person to speak with and every response was that they would pass in on to the local staff but nobody was there.”

“The wi-fi information listed on the back of the door was wrong. I was there for just about 2 weeks and they did not stock the apartment properly for the length of my stay. The glass light fixture had food slime on it, the shower ceiling had black mold I was given 1 of each; dish cloth, washing cloth, dishwashing tab, wine glass. I had to ask for mugs. The flatware was scratched,”
