I think this property was not as well kept as it appeared. The pool chairs were very dirty, there were strong smells of smoke that was not cigarettes on more than 1 occasion. We went to get towels from front desk and was told those were for customers who stay was with hotel directly. The person at check was not very friendly, the room itself was small, plug in were coming out of wall, there is small balcony but just enough to walk out no chair or table. The parking garage was so small and tight was concerned about vehicle the whole week. The best thing is central location and walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Absolutely, loved our stay at the Minarch condos for our honeymoon of 8 nights!! Everyone was so nice, great food all over, beach access near and easy uber and ides available!! Condo was perfect and clean and the partial ocean view was great!!

We had a great time for our family of 4. Accommodations were sufficient although travelling with 3 woman and only having 1 bathroom can be an issue sometimes but we made do. The condo we had was 2303 and the King bed was comfy and the children slept on the hideaway bed. Kitchen had the basics and we were never searching for anything. Location was in perfect distance to Waikiki beach, shops and food. Mahalo for a great stay Expedia and Oahu. We will be back!

The location is literally amazing. The photos you see is exactly what you get. The room was excellent - good space, kitchen, tons of included items. The rooftop pool and hot tub while a great view is very grimy and the cushions I wouldn’t go near.

It was managed by a third party and the Staff was rude and disrespectful didn’t want to help due to being a third party company and also we had to switch rooms due to rooms ac being repaired and got a room that was to be a downgrade from original room

Would not recommend this place at all. My family and I stayed here for a week and aside from the horrible customer service, there were a multitude of things that went wrong with this property. For starters, we had no hot water for more than half of our vacation time (3 consecutive days) leaving us unable to shower. There was an insane ant infestation in our room (on the 12th floor), in which the ants ended up in our clothes, in our sons pack and play and ultimately biting our 6 month old son. On top of that the appliances including the stove did not work which is the reason we booked this accomodation in the first place. In addition to all of these issues, the customer service was absolutely horrific. No measures were taken to make us more comfortable, they didn’t want to address the ants, hot water or broken stove. Take your money elsewhere if you want to enjoy your vacation. Waste of money. Please stay away unless you genuinely want a holiday from hell.

Very nice room with a nice functional kitchen. It is efficient and provided all the needs for a couple to enjoy the area. It is in a combination building with a hotel and condos that require a code to get your room key (didn't know that) but pleasant folks at the counter. They are updating the elevators so can bee a little wait but was not an issue. The upper floors where the pool and sauna are were dated but functional. Would go again.

ワイキキビーチから徒歩2〜3分、せっかくなので部屋から海が見えるところを探していたら見つけました。プールは工事中でしたが、R階にはジャグジーとバーベキュースペース、サウナ、シャワースペースがあり海で遊んだ後に冷えた身体をすぐ温められ最高です。部屋もコンドミニアムなのでIHコンロや電子レンジがあり、物価高のハワイではとても助かりました。唯一、駐車場の精算機はカードがうまく反応せず（日本のカードは反応しないことが多いとホテルの受付の方が仰っていました、5枚ほど試しましたが全てダメでした）現金はそんなに持ち歩いていなかったので急遽両替が必要になったことだけ不便だったかと思います。受付で生産できたら便利なのですが、ホテルと駐車場は運営が別のようです。
