The apt is really nice and cozy. The apt building is new and right on the beach but be aware that this apt is not in cabarete. It is 5km away from the center You need a car there is nothing walking distance beside the beach. It has been hard to get in contact with the owner and there is no really any point of contact once it you are there. The name of the complex is missing so it is hard to find when you arrive from the airport Nice place but not exactly what is described in the details
