The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel grounds and room is clean. The breakfast has so many options and very delicious. The areas around the hotel was noisy and it carried into our room at night but overall it was a very good place to stay.

This hotel is in a great location, just a couple blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. There is a Trader Joe's and 7-Eleven right around the corner for last-minute items. The staff was very friendly, and the pool area was great. The free breakfast was also fantastic. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to San Francisco.
