"Great Location! Very helpful Staff!"
Spent a weekend at the Hotel for the Cherry Blossom Festival. Had a wonderful time. Nice walk to the Capitol and the National Mall. Very close to Union Station and the Metro. Rooms are a bit small, think NYC or Europe, but beds are nice and comfortable. Shower heads are a little short.

"Safe location close to metro station."
Great place to take family of 4. We didn't need a pool, or other extra frills. We just wanted a safe, clean hotel and a free, warm breakfast. The staff was very helpful. We didn't hear noise between floors or between the walls as we have at other hotels. It was quiet and comfortable.

"My daughter is a student at Gallaudet."
This was only a one night stay, so we arrived at 10:00am. There were no rooms ready, but we left our bags with staff and parked car. There was an event going that weekend on campus so Gallaudet shuffle service was limited. The hotel staff had there van take us to Chinatown. When arrive back to hotel around 5:30 we checked in. We were on top floor . Great view of the capital. Room was very clean and for the first time we had a refrigerator in our room. Weather was awesome so we slept with the window open.

"Nice Hotel"
Great hotel. It is out of the way, but close to almost everything. We went down for the Cherry Blossoms. We took our bikes. It was easy to park and leave our van while we rode, but even if you walk, you are easily in walking distance to the cemetery. The room was very clean. Coffee is offered all day in the lobby. There seemed to be numerous computer terminals, but the internet was free in the room. This is always a plus.
