We enjoyed our one night stay, we were able to walk to many restaurants near by. Parking was also very easy and cheap at a very nice parking garage close by. And we loved the continental breakfast!
Everything was great, this hotel was everything I wanted: affordable (nothing fancy), free breakfast, in a walkable area. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Property is old and run down. Tub had hair in it. First floor room very noisy. Bed was decent and breakfast was good. Hotel needs major renovation.

The staff & convenient location in walkable distances to my destinations were the highlight of this stay. I also liked the tall side table in the room that allowed me to have a "standing" desk option for an eveing zoom call. My rating lowered because of the traffic sounds late/early in the days that impacted my sleep. The staff kindly moved me from the 3rd to 7th floor, which was beneficial.
I give 4 star because the beds are really small but other than that the breakfast is really good and the staff very friendly close to the convention center White House is 20 minutes walking the Smithsonian museum is also 20 minutes walking they have an agreement with a parking that is like 5 minutes walking.
