Unfortunately when I arrived they told me that they did not have any rooms available for pets even though I had requested that. I had to stay at another hotel and they would not refund my payment as they say it was a non refundable room.

The stay itself was alright, but there were a number of mechanical issues noted throughout the property, most notably the card reader on my already messed up door barely functioned and took inserting my key card upwards of 15 times each time and the hot tub being nonfunctional for the duration of our stay.

Our room was clean & comfortable. The staff was great. Our room had a huge shower for wheelchair accessibility. The water pressure from the shower head blew the curtain out. When I was done taking a shower there was about an inch of water across the bathroom floor. I did mop it up with towels so we could walk in there. They need to figure out something to avoid that from happening or warn people getting that room.
